Brain 2 remove veins
Chilly Powder 1 tsp heaped
Oil 1/2 cup
2 Green chilly chopped
Onion 1 medium chopped
Dhania 1 tspGinger / garlic 2 tsp
Curd beaten 2 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Tomatoes 3 finely pureed or chopped
Coriander / mint leaves finely chopped
instructions
Heat the oil and fry the
onions slightly. Add ginger / garlic and fry till slightly brown. Now add in
chopped tomatoes with chilly powder, dhania and salt. Fry for a while. Then add
in curd, brain, green chilly and cook covered for 10 minutes. Lastly add in all
spices, methi, coriander and mint leaves and remove.
